Q- How do I make a reservation? What do I need to make a reservation?

A- Once we have confirmed availability and you are ready to make a reservation, e-mail us and we will send you a contract and deposit payment instructions. We ask our clients to send a small deposit to secure their reservations.
Please do not send money before you have received a contract from us.



Q- Can I pay my deposit with a credit card?

A- We accept deposit payments with credit cards and Pay Pal.



Q- Where do I collect the keys to the B&B/apartment/villa?

A- We will meet you at the B&B/apartment/villa, we will give you keys and we will show you how the place works. We will make sure you have a smooth and pleasant holiday.

Q- What does the minimum night policy mean? Is it possible to stay for a shorter period of time than the minimum?

A- The minimum night policy is the absolute shortest period of time that we rent the properties for.
If you absolutely must stay for a shorter amount of time, it is possible, but you will have to pay for the full number of nights listed as the minimum. This means, for example, that if you wish to book an apartment with a 5 nights minimum policy for fewer nights, you will still be required to pay for 5 nights.



Q- How do I get from the airport/train station to the B&B/apartment/villa?

A- We will e-mail you detailed instructions on how to reach the B&B/apartment/villa with public transportation or taxi, including a web map of the local area.

 

Q- Is Villaughi.com a tourist agency ?

A- Villaughi.com is not an agency. It's a group of family members and friends that decided to turn their private homes into wonderful holiday accommodation for traveling guests.

 

Q- I don't speak Italian. Will this be a problem?

A- We speak English!
